SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At Warung Mbok Ijah, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read the information below regarding shipping options, delivery times, and responsibilities.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the Netherlands and the European Union (EU). Please note that delivery outside these regions is not available at this time. 

Note: The delivery of frozen products are at own risks

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on the weight of the order, delivery location, and shipping method. The applicable costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Standard shipping within the Netherlands: €7.50
  • Shipping to EU countries: Shipping prices 

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the products are defective.

  1. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard delivery within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery to EU countries: 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as public holidays, weather, or carrier delays may affect delivery.

  1. Shipping Methods

We use trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. 

  • Frozen and chilled items are shipped in insulated packaging and during summer time, we use ice packs (additional costs are applied).
  • Non-food items are shipped in standard packaging.

Optional: Customers can choose shipping insurance at their own cost to cover loss or damage during transport.

  1. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, Warung Mbok Ijah is no longer responsible for the physical condition of the goods. However, we provide tracking information to allow customers to monitor their shipment.

  1. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with delivery, such as delayed shipments, damaged packages, or lost orders, please contact us immediately at:

  1. Special Instructions

If you have any special delivery requirements (e.g., specific delivery time or instructions for frozen products), please indicate these at checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

  1. Order Modifications

Once an order is confirmed, changes to delivery address cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if modifications are necessary; we will try to accommodate changes when possible, but cannot promise successful amendments after processing.

Di Warung Mbok Ijah, kami berkomitmen untuk mengirimkan pesanan Anda dengan cepat, aman, dan dalam kondisi sempurna. Harap membaca informasi berikut terkait opsi pengiriman, estimasi waktu pengiriman, serta tanggung jawab.

1. Wilayah Pengiriman

Saat ini, kami melakukan pengiriman ke alamat di Belanda dan negara-negara di Uni Eropa (EU). 

2. Biaya Pengiriman

Biaya pengiriman bergantung pada berat pesanan, lokasi pengiriman, dan metode pengiriman yang dipilih. Biaya yang berlaku akan ditampilkan pada saat checkout sebelum pembayaran.

  • Pengiriman standar di dalam Belanda: €7,50

  • Pengiriman ke negara-negara EU: Shipping prices

Catatan: Biaya pengembalian barang menjadi tanggung jawab pelanggan, kecuali produk mengalami cacat atau kerusakan.

3. Estimasi Waktu Pengiriman

Kami berupaya mengirimkan pesanan secepat mungkin. Estimasi waktu pengiriman adalah sebagai berikut:

  • Pengiriman standar di dalam Belanda: 1–3 hari kerja

  • Pengiriman ke negara-negara EU: 3–8 hari kerja

Waktu pengiriman bersifat perkiraan dan tidak dapat dijamin. Faktor-faktor seperti hari libur nasional, cuaca, atau keterlambatan kurir dapat mempengaruhi waktu pengiriman.

4. Metode Pengiriman

Kami menggunakan jasa kurir terpercaya untuk memastikan pesanan Anda sampai dengan aman dan tepat waktu.

  • Produk beku dan dingin dikirim dalam kemasan terisolasi, dan selama musim panas kami menggunakan ice pack (biaya tambahan berlaku).

  • Produk non-makanan dikirim dalam kemasan standar.

Opsional: Pelanggan dapat memilih asuransi pengiriman dengan biaya sendiri untuk menanggung risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan selama transportasi.

5. Peralihan Risiko

Risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan berpindah ke pelanggan setelah produk diterima atau diserahkan kepada kurir. Setelah paket diserahkan kepada kurir, Warung Mbok Ijah tidak lagi bertanggung jawab atas kondisi fisik barang. Namun, kami menyediakan informasi pelacakan agar pelanggan dapat memantau pengiriman.

6. Instruksi Khusus

Jika Anda memiliki permintaan khusus terkait pengiriman (misalnya, waktu pengiriman tertentu atau instruksi untuk produk beku), harap cantumkan saat checkout. Kami akan berupaya memenuhi permintaan secara wajar.

 

8. Perubahan Pesanan

Setelah pesanan dikonfirmasi, perubahan alamat pengiriman tidak dapat dijamin keberhasilannya. Harap menghubungi kami segera jika perubahan diperlukan; kami akan berupaya menyesuaikan perubahan jika memungkinkan, namun tidak dapat menjamin perubahan berhasil setelah proses pengiriman dimulai.
